07 April, 2017, Renewable Fuel Corp. RWFC, a well-known Renewable Energy company based in Las Vegas Nevada recently completed the acquisition of all Capital stock of Ameriget Australia Pty. Ltd. Ameriget is an Australian based manufacturer of process equipment for the oil and gas, petrochemicals, minerals processing, desalination, renewable energy, chemicals, steam generation, traditional power and renewable power industries.
The factory has a total workshop area of 7000 sq. m. located on a 44 acres lot. The activities included engineering and design through to machining, forming, fabrication, stress relief, testing, NDT and final surface treatment for heat exchangers and vessels up to 400MT, 6.5M Diameter and 70M overall length. This included equipment manufactured in sophisticated materials such as 5% Cr- Mo, stainless steels, duplex & super-duplex stainless steels, titanium, incolloy, hastelloy, zirconium, nonferrous materials, and clad materials.
Ameriget now uses these capabilities to support the Renewable Energy Sector and mineral exploration business. The company intends to perform EPCC, Project Management, Design and construction as well as R&D on new technologies.
